Many of you who travel to use us for pet surgery and pet dental care know that the Quality Inn at 3300 West Broad Street has been sold.
We used to have a special rate at the Quality Inn if you mentioned Helping Hands. We are happy to report we have sourced two alternate pet-friendly hotels that are happy to work with us.
Fairfield Inn and Suites
The first is The Fairfield Inn and Suites (Marriott) at 9937 Mayland Dr Richmond VA 23233.

Candlewood Suites Richmond
The second is the Candlewood Suites Richmond-West Broad at 2100 Dickens Road is just five miles from Helping Hands. If you mention Helping Hands they offer a special rate (and waive the pet fee) as a courtesy to Helping Hands’ clients.
They have no breed or weight restrictions and are cat friendly as well. All of the pet friendly suites are newly renovated and have a bedroom as well as a sitting room (both with flat screen televisions).
They also have kitchens with everything you need, including a full-size refrigerator and a dishwasher. The lobby also contains a Snack Bar that operates on the honor system, a selection of board games, and a business center with computers. When the weather is nice, you will find yourself enjoying the pet friendly outdoor patio area.
